BAKED WITH PASSION

The inspiration behind me setting up Alstons was my Nana Alston, an amazingly natural baker who set me on the path to becoming an award-winning professional chef & baker. She worked in the family business over 50 years ago, a bakery based in Manchester. She baked tirelessly for her loyal customers, producing brownies & blondies where I helped and watched as a teenager.

Her ethos was to use local, quality ingredients mixed with her own flair & passion. Having been a professional chef for over 30 years, cooking the highest quality food from intimate gatherings to large weddings, I decided I wanted to share my love of all things sweet and use everything Nana Alston had taught me. We created Alstons ‘confectionery by design’ to produce our wonderful  indulgent gooey, fudgy brownies & blondies. All our products are made using the highest quality ingredients, hand packed and lovingly shipped across the UK.

Alstons has grown to be a well-loved business in Cambridgeshire & Norfolk, we now have a kitchen and bakery in the beautiful market town of March where all the delicious creations are crafted.
