Delivery
We make everything from scratch after you have placed your order so our brownies and blondies are fresh for delivery to all UK Mainland addresses. Orders received before 11am Monday to Friday will be placed for next day delivery. Please note this is not a guaranteed service and we are unable to arrange delivery on Bank Holidays or the next working day following a Bank Holiday. Weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday.
Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery: £4.95 for DHL fully tracked service.
Free Delivery: Orders of £35.00 or more to the same address qualify for free delivery.
Shipping Carriers
We use DHLs next day deliver service (48 hours for Northern Ireland and 48-72 hours for Scottish Highlands, outer Hebrides, Jersey and Guernsey).
DHL will provide you with a text and email alerts and a one hour delivery window on the day of delivery, so it is important you provide contact details when prompted at checkout.
Returns Policy
As per distance selling regulations, due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If you find your order damaged or you have received the wrong product please contact us immediately. The remedies available are immediate replacement or credit for a future occasion depending on circumstances. Should you be unsatisfied in any way with your purchase or gift please contact us. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Delivery Delays
There maybe rare occasions where DHL are unable to deliver which is out of our control. We accept no liability for this and you will be given the next available delivery date. We're sorry but refunds are not given for delayed parcels.
Shelf Life
All our brownies and blondies will last at room temperature for 7 days, or for best results up to 10 days if kept in the fridge, so a short delay in transit won’t affect their quality. You can rest assured they’ll arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.
Missing Parcels
We always do everything we can to make sure your parcel gets to you, however, if your delivery doesn’t arrive as expected, please let us know and we’ll work with you and the courier to resolve the issue.
Packaging
Our brownies and blondies are carefully wrapped in our branded baking paper to keep them fresh, then placed in our custom made packaging and a secondary outer box to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
